Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Prepare, print, and distribute employment contracts and related agreements to new hires, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Talent Acquisition Induction Support: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to facilitate a seamless handover from recruitment to onboarding, ensuring all necessary information is captured and shared.
- New Hire Documentation: Manage the collection, verification, and submission of all required hiring documents, including I-9 forms, tax documents, and other compliance-related paperwork. Draft and maintain comprehensive new hire files, both physical and digital.
- Bank Account Coordination: Assist new hires with the necessary steps to set up direct deposit and related bank account information, providing guidance and troubleshooting as needed.
- Salary and Payroll Support: Act as a point of contact for new hires regarding initial salary inquiries and provide support in resolving any basic payroll-related issues during the onboarding phase.
- New Hire Feedback & Integration: Proactively gather feedback from new hires during their first 30 days to assess their onboarding experience, identify areas for improvement, and ensure successful integration into the company culture and their respective teams.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to the onboarding process to enhance efficiency, compliance, and the overall new hire experience.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including IT, payroll, and department managers, to ensure all necessary resources and access are provided to new hires.
- Compliance: Ensure all onboarding activities adhere to company policies, as well as federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
