🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end hiring process for engineering and technical roles
- Conduct technical screens to assess capabilities and fit
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external clients to align hiring expectations
- Keep your pipeline organized, active, and clean in our ATS
- Deliver a top-notch candidate experience from first touch to offer

Suggest improvements to sourcing strategies, interview flow, and hiring metrics
- 2–3+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally at a staffing firm
- Confidence in conducting technical interviews (engineering, IT, data roles)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in tools like Greenhouse, Lever, or other ATS

- Prior experience recruiting for SaaS, fintech, or healthtech clients
- Familiarity with remote-first team dynamics
