Job Description
As a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
- Manage the recruitment process, from posting job openings to hiring.
- Create job descriptions aligned with role requirements.
- Search for and connect with potential candidates using various resources like social media, job boards, and networking.
- Build solid candidate pipelines by identifying and engaging potential talent.
- Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Keep recruitment databases organized and up to date to support hiring decisions.
- Assist in monitoring recruitment activities and exploring ways to improve processes.
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, either in-house or at an agency
- Based or willing to relocate to Alexandria (Fully on-site role)
- Proven track record in technical recruitment
- Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment workflows.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A proactive and creative approach to sourcing and engaging candidates.
