Shape the Future: Lead Talent Acquisition in a Fast-Growing BPO Organisation

Core Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition Supervision, Teamwork & Customer Focus
- Supervise and develop the daily activities of the Talent Acquisition team to meet and exceed hiring targets.
- Shape and implement recruiting strategies that deliver a diverse and qualified candidate pipeline for BPO operations.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver a customer-focused recruitment experience.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate journey from sourcing and interviewing through onboarding.
- Champion a collaborative team spirit, encouraging open communication and supporting the achievement of collective goals.
- Remain informed about industry best practices and ensure compliance with all internal procedures and legal guidelines.
- Provide regular training and coaching to enhance the technical and soft skills of team members.
Time Management & Technical Skills for Successful Recruitment Leadership
- Effectively manage priorities and deadlines in a high-volume hiring environment.
- Utilise ATS and HR technologies to streamline recruitment processes and maintain accurate records.
- Identify and introduce process enhancements to improve time-to-hire and candidate quality.
English Proficiency & Communication: Key for Talent Acquisition Success
- Fluent English (written and spoken), with excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to tailor communication style for diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and building trust with candidates and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated skill in delivering constructive feedback and supporting a positive team atmosphere.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead recruitment role, preferably in the BPO sector.
- Proven success in high-volume hiring, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
- Technical proficiency in applicant tracking systems, MS Office, and digital sourcing platforms.
- Demonstrable strengths in time management, teamwork, and customer focus.
