Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional software development initiatives within our global pHelix ecosystem. This is a strategic role that requires someone with deep experience in project management, strong technical fluency, and the ability to drive alignment across distributed teams in the U.S., Europe, and Egypt. You’ll manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously and serve as a key liaison between engineering, operations, product, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle of technical initiatives across our engineering and product teams.
- Manage schedules, resource allocation, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Drive project communication across global teams, ensuring transparency with stakeholders and leadership.
- Facilitate Agile and hybrid project management practices, helping teams continuously improve delivery cadence and quality.
- Act as a trusted partner to engineering management, helping to scope projects, set priorities, and ensure alignment to strategic goals.
- Support infrastructure and technology rollouts by coordinating with IT, vendor partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Produce executive-level reporting and documentation, including roadmaps, retrospectives, and dashboards.
- Mentor junior project managers or coordinate efforts across multiple project managers as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline; MS or MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in practicing Agile methodologies. Good understanding and experience practicing of Agile Frameworks Scrum, Kanban, etc.. is a plus.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives across global time zones.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and standard project management tools.
- Strong understanding of SDLC principles.
- Comfortable working under ambiguity and adapting to shifting priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse cultures and teams.
- Strong ability to identify risks, blockers, dependencies between teams and collaboratively work with the different stakeholders to navigate through them.
Preferred:
- Experience in the media, entertainment, or digital content distribution industries.
- Familiarity with software QA, infrastructure, DevOps, or IT operations.
- Experience coaching teams on Agile best practices.
