Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Technical Recruiter with 2-4 years of expertise in sourcing and hiring top-tier technical talent, particularly within the Saudi market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical roles, recruitment best practices, and local hiring trends, along with the ability to build meaningful connections with candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop tailored recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent in alignment with Saudi market trends.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for roles such as software developers, engineers, IT specialists, and other technical positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and ensure a clear and effective hiring process.
- Utilize advanced sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other technical platforms, to identify high-quality candidates.
- Conduct technical screenings and coordinate with technical teams for assessments and interviews.
- Stay informed about the latest technology trends, tools, and best practices to improve recruitment efforts.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
- Represent the company at tech events, job fairs, and networking meetups to build relationships with potential candidates.
Requirements
- Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of proven experience as a technical recruiter, preferably in the Saudi market.
- Strong knowledge of technical roles, programming languages, and IT frameworks (e.g., Java, Python, cloud computing, DevOps).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple technical roles and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience hiring for niche technical roles in industries such as IT, telecom, or software development.
- Certification in HR, recruitment, or technical hiring (e.g., LinkedIn Talent Insights, SHRM, or CIPD).
