About the Role Skyline BPO is looking for motivated and fluent English speakers to join our team as Cold Callers. You will be handling outbound calls for international accounts, including Solar and Real Estate campaigns. Working Hours Solar Account: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM (7 working hours + 1-hour break) Real Estate Account: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM (7 working hours + 1-hour break) Working Days: Monday to Friday (weekends off) Requirements Strong English communication skills (B2+ level) Laptop or PC (minimum i3 processor, 4GB RAM) Stable internet connection USB headset Previous cold calling or sales experience is a plus Compensation Base Pay: $1.5 per hour Bonus: Additional $0.5 per hour when targets are met Payment Method: Payoneer
