Roles & Responsibilities: ● Ensure strict adherence to Breadfast’s brand guidelines in all marketing efforts, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand image. ● Manage marketing campaigns across various channels both online and offline, including digital marketing, social media, influencer partnerships & PR efforts. ● Identify growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes. ● Develop, allocate, and oversee the marketing budget to maximize campaign ROI. ● Monitor budget utilization, ensuring cost-effective execution without compromising quality. ● Prepare periodic reports on marketing spend and performance to recommend necessary adjustments. ● Supervise the development and execution of omnichannel campaigns that reflect Breadfast’s brand voice and vision. ● Review and approve marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand standards and guidelines. ● Work closely with the creative team to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints. ● Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance. ● Set clear goals for team members and provide guidance to achieve business objectives. ● Collaborate with the commercial team to align marketing strategies with business growth goals. ● Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement. ● Ensure timely reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership. ● Stay updated on industry best practices and apply them to enhance Breadfast marketing strategies. REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS: ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. ● At least 7+ years of experience in strategic marketing roles, with 3+ years managing teams. ● Proven success in managing marketing budgets and delivering high-impact campaigns. ● Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. ● Expertise in brand management, campaign execution, and digital marketing tools. ● Excellent leadership and team management skills. ● Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. ● Results-driven with a focus on data-informed decision-making. ● Experience in retail, FMCG, or e-commerce industries is highly desirable.
