Job Description
As a Business Development Specialist – B2B Sales, you will be responsible for driving growth in the B2B segment by identifying opportunities, closing deals with developers, corporate clients, and businesses, and building strong long-term partnerships. You will manage end-to-end sales processes for B2B projects, ensuring clients receive customized solutions that align with Homzmart’s offerings and commercial objectives..
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities with developers, corporate clients, real estate companies, and institutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, procurement teams, and project managers.
Develop tailored proposals and presentations to meet client requirements for large-scale furnishing and home solutions.
Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial agreements to ensure win-win outcomes.
Collaborate with internal departments (procurement, logistics, operations, and finance) to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the B2B space.
Achieve and exceed assigned B2B sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
Provide regular reports and insights on pipeline, project progress, and account performance.
Represent Homzmart in B2B exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate partnerships, or project sales (experience in furniture, real estate, construction, or e-commerce is a plus).
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and closing large-scale deals.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to understand client needs and design customized solutions.
Strong business acumen and project management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
