Manage daily operations of the Club Lounge and staff scheduling.
Ensure seamless service during breakfast, tea time, and evening cocktails.
Maintain high guest satisfaction and handle VIP requests or complaints.
Monitor inventory of lounge supplies and coordinate with F&B and housekeeping.
Uphold hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
Train and motivate team members to deliver superior service.
Prepare reports on guest feedback, service issues, and lounge performance.
Requirements
Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in hospitality, ideally in a lounge, F&B, or front office role.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent English; additional languages (German, Russian) are a plus.
Detail-oriented with a focus on guest experience.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
