5+ years in quality assurance, supplier management, or supply chain roles within the food or ingredient industry. Experience in development and implementation of FSMA Rule 204Bachelor's degree in food science, microbiology or related field preferred
Certifications in HACCP, PCQI and Food Safety
Strong knowledge and understanding of quality control and regulatory standards (FDA, ISO, SQF, HACCP, GFSI, etc.).
Proven experience in regulatory compliance and food safety auditing
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools
Ability to travel up to 40% of the time for audits, meetings, and conferences
Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills in English
