Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Translate strategic P&O objectives into operational service delivery
- Implement and support P&O processes, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide consulting and training to resolve user issues and service requests
- Manage user access and perform identity administration tasks
- Analyze service errors and troubleshoot issues to ensure timely resolution
- Support cost analysis and budgeting for personnel-related services
- Contribute to country or BU-level P&O Services projects and evaluations
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management and execution within HR services
- Strong understanding of HRIS and identity and access management systems
- Demonstrated ability to support employee onboarding and service delivery processes
- Familiarity with payroll systems and data privacy standards
- Ability to analyze service data and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Proficient in English with excellent communication and consulting skills
