The HR Business Partner at Hyde Park Developments will serve as a strategic partner to the business, aligning human resource strategies and initiatives with the company’s goals and objectives. This role focuses on building strong relationships with leadership and managers to drive organizational performance, enhance employee engagement, and support talent management initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR-related matters, providing insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and develop talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Implement HR programs and initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management, employee relations, and career development.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, recommend solutions, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Support the change management process during organizational changes or transformations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the HR function.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to develop managerial capabilities and improve workforce skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic HR partnership.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
