Lead the HRBP team in managing the recruitment and talent acquisition strategies for assigned divisions, ensuring recruitment goals are met and aligned with divisional and organizational objectives.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that HRBPs execute hiring strategies effectively and that all recruitment requirements are met, maintaining a high standard of quality and efficiency.
Collaborate with the Compensation and Benefits team to review and approve candidate offers, ensuring consistency with market standards and internal equity, while providing guidance to HRBPs as needed.
Advise division heads on organizational structure changes, working with the Organization Development team to ensure that any revisions align with the bank’s strategic goals and are accurately implemented in HR systems.
Monitor and review job descriptions and organizational structure documents, ensuring they are kept up-to-date and align with business needs, while providing guidance to HRBPs in maintaining accurate records.
Oversee workforce analysis activities, ensuring that comprehensive reports on headcount and manpower status are shared with division heads and business stakeholders to guide decision-making and resource planning.
Ensure the effectiveness of the performance management cycle for assigned divisions by reviewing the setting of SMART objectives, monitoring performance, and facilitating timely follow-ups, while offering guidance to address any concerns raised by employees or managers.
Lead the internal mobility processes, ensuring that HRBPs coordinate vacancy announcements and manage the selection process, while maintaining transparent communication with internal candidates and business leaders.
Manage functional promotions and career progression by overseeing employee eligibility, ensuring compliance with promotion policies, and guiding employees through the promotion process, while collaborating with division heads to ensure the process is fair and aligned with business objectives.
2. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting or any related field - HR-related certifications are considered an asset (Diploma, SHRM, CIPD).
From 10:15 years of experience in HR Field, Preferred exposure in HR Banking Business Partnership.
