Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee files both digitally and physically.
- Ensure all employee documentation is complete and up to date (contracts, IDs, leaves, etc.).
- Track probation periods, contract renewals, and end-of-service procedures.
- Prepare HR reports using Excel (headcount, attendance, turnover, etc.).
- Create and maintain trackers for leave balances, overtime, penalties and payroll variables.
- Generate pivot tables, VLOOKUPs and charts for HR dashboards.
- Monitor attendance and leave systems and coordinate with the payroll team.
- Reconcile attendance data and follow up with department heads on irregularities.
- Assist in scheduling interviews and following up with candidates.
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires (documents, accounts, workspace).
- Support in employee orientation and first-day activities.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience in a corporate environment.
- Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, data validation, formulas, reporting).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
