Job Purpose:
To advise, implement, and optimize PLM solutions that enable organizations to efficiently manage the entire lifecycle of their products, from concept and design, through manufacturing, service
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain PLM solutions based on business requirements
- Implement and configure PLM modules, workflows, and integrations with other systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PLM performance, data integrity, and user access
- Support system upgrades, patching, and testing efforts
- Create and maintain documentation for configurations, code changes, and user training
- Ensure PLM data security, compliance, and performance
- Translate business needs into technical solutions
- Work effectively with cross-functional and global teams
- Manage multiple projects and priorities
- Train and support end users
Job Skills and Abilities:
Hands-on experience with one or more PLM platforms:
o Siemens Teamcenter
o PTC Windchill
o Dassault ENOVIA
o Autodesk Fusion Lifecycle o SAP PLM
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or NET
- Knowledge of scripting (eg, XML, TCL, JavaScript, or Python)
- Experience with integration of PLM systems with ERP, CAD, or other enterprise platforms
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and version control systems (eg, Git)
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Adapt to evolving technologies and processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related field
- Minimum two years of experience in PLM development and customization
