Description:
- Develop and execute business development strategies that align with company growth targets.
- Establish and maintain a robust pipeline of commercial and infrastructure lighting projects.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in sectors like commercial, industrial, and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development to align offerings with market demand.
- Oversee proposal development, bidding processes, and tender submissions.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure they meet technical and profitability standards.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings as needed.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, developers, and key decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitability and compliance with technical requirements.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on market needs, product improvements, and customer requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Electrical Engineering, or a related major from a reputable university.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Proven expertise in leading sales teams and delivering results in a B2B project-based environment.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
