Main Responsibilities
- Support construction teams for Work permits, logistics, site documents.
- Attending interface workshops.
- Follow and validate interfaces between DEQ and partners (Civil Work, Track Works, …).
- Participate in detailed design validation.
- Support suppliers’ activities on site.
- Responsible for the coordination drawing, in direct contact with CW/JVPS/Tracks and Rolling Stock.
- Checking the access date from the other stakeholders and communicating to the construction team.
- Checking and signing the release form.
- Build all the interface sheet with all the scope of work and follow.
Qualifications
10 years’ experience in design/coordination of Depot Equipment oriented Maintenance of Trains/Railway infrastructure projects
Experience in quality management, specifically related to DEQ (Designated Environmental Quality) standards and SPC (Statistical Process Control).
Strong understanding of environmental regulations and compliance requirements relevant to the industry.
Experience in implementing and managing quality management systems and continuous improvement processes.
Proficient in statistical analysis and SPC methodologies for monitoring and improving process performance.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead quality initiatives and engage cross-functional teams.
Effective communication skills for training, reporting, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
