The Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner is responsible for the consultation and execution of recruitment strategies that support both operational and corporate business functions. This role partners closely with business leaders, People and Culture Business Partners, and Talent leadership to understand evolving talent needs and deliver tailored recruiting solutions. With a focus on regional and potentially global hiring initiatives, the position ensures alignment with sourcing strategies, employment branding, and a seamless, high-quality candidate experience across technical, operational, sales, and service areas.
In this role you will be
- Manage and advise on the full-cycle recruitment process on assigned openings.
- Collaborate with leaders and the People & Culture Team to ensure effective job descriptions, screening & evaluation, and offer negotiations.
- Develop strong business acumen for assigned business functions to recruit and source high quality candidates.
- Partnering with TA Strategy team to help manage end-to-end recruitment processes EMEA & APJ
- Lead initiatives to promote and facilitate internal talent mobility.
- Proactively source candidates through various channels including social media, networking, and employee referrals to attract a diverse pool of top talent.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Leverage data to develop effective recruitment strategies. Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment and sourcing efforts.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment function.
- Provide training and support hiring managers and interviewing teams.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve experience, engagement, and efficiency.
- Manage recruitment from requisition to onboarding using UKG Pro and UKG Recruiting.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and efficient hiring process.

Project Management
- Lead and manage global talent acquisition projects as assigned, including system implementations, process improvements, and strategic hiring initiatives.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
- Monitor project performance and ensure alignment with business goals and timelines.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Serve as a strategic advisor to HR and business leaders on talent acquisition trends and best practices.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and Business Leaders, building credibility through consistent delivery, market insights, and deep understanding of each function’s unique needs
- Cultivate strong, long-term partnerships with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with their vision for building high-performing teams
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align recruitment strategies with organizational objectives.
Compliance & Optimization
- Ensure global compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Continuously improve recruitment workflows using UKG automation and reporting tools.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of global talent acquisition experience, including project management responsibilities.
- Proficiency in UKG Pro and UKG Recruiting systems or similar ATS Systems
- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Experience working with Private Equity or Venture Capital
- Experience in high-growth or multinational environments.
- Familiarity with change management and process optimization methodologies.
- Multilingual and culturally agile.
- Familiarity with employer branding practices
