- Oversee the complete customer experience with Issuer Banks, including acquisition and onboarding.
- Contribute to developing a unique product offering that stays ahead of competitors, while aligning with global and regional market requirements.
- Track the acquisition of Meeza Cards through Issuer Banks.
- Aid in fostering relationships with business partners to identify new opportunities, enhance product functionality, and promote business growth.
- Lead the contracting process with merchants.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to implement national and tactical campaigns with banks, while managing communication materials for different stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign KPIs and conduct post-campaign analysis.
- Evaluate all communication channels for the Meeza Cards website and Instagram pertaining to card-related content.
- Assist in the launch and introduction of new products.

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in a Commerc
- Relevant experience in the Banking or Fintech sectors.
- Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
