Job Description


Accounting

o Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records.
o Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of supplier master data.
o Overseeing daily AP accounting postings, ensuring compliance with GAAP and local accounting standards.
o Performing monthly closing activities in alignment with Bosch timelines.
o Conducting regular supplier reconciliations and confirmations.
o Processing employee expense reports in accordance with company policies, ensuring proper documentation, approvals, and timely reimbursement.
o Ensuring proper archiving and documentation of all AP-related records.
Tax
o Ensuring tax-related general ledger (GL) accounts accurately reflect the company's tax position.
o Ensuring full compliance with e-invoicing regulations, including proper matching between SAP and the ETA portal.
Statutory
o Support statutory reporting and audit activities by providing required analyses and documentation in a timely manner.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Up to 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • SAP experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Interest in ERPs and automation is an advantage.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
