Overview:
Within the Strategy & Analytics team, Property Finder is looking for a strong Marketing Analytics Associate who will be primarily responsible for translating data into actionable insights, helping Marketing team of the company make informed decisions. You would work with an exceptional group of ex consultants from McKinsey, Bain, BCG and the Big 4.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with B2B Marketing, Commercial, and Unpaid Media teams (Social, Content, PR) to identify opportunities for marketing improvement and new promotional strategies.
- Develop and enhance multi-touch attribution models (e.g., first touch, last touch) for leads from multiple sources.
- Run detailed analyses to measure marketing efficiency, ROI, and campaign performance, identifying actionable improvement areas.
- Create compelling presentations for senior audiences, presenting data-driven insights with clear storylines.
- Collaborate across marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies and drive business impact.
- Take end-to-end ownership of workstreams to deliver business insights and support strategic initiatives.
- 3+ years’ experience in Business Analytics within a tech company or top-tier consulting firm.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau or similar).
- Hands-on experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, WebEngage) and platforms like Salesforce or BigQuery.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear, actionable insights.
- Clear and fluent communication skills in English, with proven ability to influence and drive consensus across teams.
