Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Bilingual Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead recruitment efforts, manage end-to-end hiring processes, and partner closely with operations management to ensure we attract, assess, and hire top-tier talent. You will also help develop and implement scalable recruiting best practices, streamline onboarding procedures, and build a strong employer brand in the region.
This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of our launch into the Egypt BPO market. This role will be instrumental in establishing best practices while working closely with operations management to ensure the success of both employees and the organization.
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French
- 5+ years of experience in employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and payroll
- Strong knowledge of Recruitment policies, procedures, and labor laws
- Skills in performance management and training and development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work hybrid
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant HR certifications are a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with department leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning strategies.
- Source top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Oversee and continuously improve recruitment workflows, tools, and metrics.
- Coordinate and enhance onboarding to ensure a smooth candidate-to-employee transition.
- Ensure all recruitment practices are compliant with local labor laws and company policies.
- Support employer branding efforts and represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and contribute to strategic hiring decisions.
