Job Description
- Managing the contracts team.
- Identify business objectives of direct sales / licensing / consulting transactions, related issues, and facilitates risk/benefit analysis.
- Review, draft and negotiate major account agreements, consulting agreements, special licensing, non-disclosure agreements, terms and amendments for customers located in the Middle East and Africa, and the any other country the company has business in mainly in English, and sometimes in French.
- Review all Commercial, Partners’, Suppliers’, Vendors’ and Outsourcing contractual documents the company will conduct it; commercial, Suppliers, Partners, Vendors or Outsourcing contractual agreements, merges, acquisitions, transactions. from legal and risk perspectives, discusses amendments with the concerned parties, to close all contractual gaps and ensure total protection of all parties involved in the contract.
- Intervene and negotiate with Account Managers and/ or Presales Managers during strategic and critical contractual discussions to respond to all clients and/or suppliers’, vendors’ and partners’ requirements covering commercial and financial contractual terms from a legal perspective, and ensures their accurate reflection in the final contract.
- Prepare & submitting the proper and required reports outlining the Contracts operations Giza Group highlighting critical cases, identified and/or pending solutions and progress of corrective actions.
- Keep abreast with all new introductions or changes in the stipulated laws and ensure all Contracts team management do the same for the stipulated laws on regular basis

Technical Skills
- University Graduate Obtained Bachelor of Law.
- Proficiency in contract management software and tools can be advantageous for efficiently managing contracts, tracking obligations, and generating reports. Knowledge of tools such as contract lifecycle management (CLM) software or electronic signature platforms is valuable.
