- Monitor and analyze onboarding funnel performance from app launch to account creation.
- Support in identifying drop-off points and recommending improvements to reduce abandonment rates.
- Execute A/B tests and onboarding experiments to enhance user flow and experience.
- Collaborate with product, UX/UI, and tech teams to implement journey optimizations.
- Assist in preparing performance dashboards, reports, and insight packs for internal review.
- Document user issues and assist in prioritizing onboarding enhancements.
- Track key onboarding KPIs and proactively flag performance issues or opportunities.
- Benchmark onboarding best practices in digital banking and fintech.
- Ensure all onboarding changes align with compliance and regulatory guidelines.
