Duties and responsibilities:
- Develop and implement best practices for product listings, content creation, and maintenance
- Support digital marketing initiatives, including PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, and Paid social media
- Collaborate with merchandising, operations, and customer service teams to optimize trade activities and enhance the customer experience
- Prepare performance reports with data-driven insights to track KPIs and identify trends
- Participate in website improvement projects to enhance user experience and site performance
- Contribute to the development of comprehensive communications and communication strategies, aligned with the company's vision, mission, and values.
- Formulate appropriate public relations plans and strategies.
- Maintain ongoing communication and collaboration with various company departments.
