What you will do:- Define scope and workforce, planning and managing performance to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
- Manage the financial performance of the roll-out phase within budget to support the financial success of the project.
- Drive change management through continuous measurement against KPI's and identifying areas for improvement.
- Monitor adherence to processes, regulations and tools, taking impactful corrective action when necessary.
- Set up and manage acceptance procedures with customers and suppliers to secure timely acceptance and payment as per terms and conditions.
