What you’ll do
The Financial Services B2B Manager is responsible for shaping and driving the strategic vision for the organization’s B2B product offerings. This role leads on identifying market opportunities, understanding customer needs, and leveraging emerging technologies to develop innovative B2B solutions that enhance customer experience and foster business growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Define and own the B2B products portfolio strategy aligned with company objectives to achieve competitive advantage & generate business growth.
- Lead on the full product life cycle from ideation and concept to development, launch, and iteration
- Drive product innovation through Identifying market gaps, emerging trends, and new customer segments. (Banks, Small & Medium business, large entities)
- Lead on all business product propositions, marketing, and go-to-market deliverables.
- Lead on Developing and tracking product profitability, including cost structures, pricing models, and revenue forecasts
- Lead on analysing performance data to inform decision-making, optimize product features, and enhance competitive positioning in the dynamic financial services landscape
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or relevant field
- Minimum 9 years of experience in high-tech/fintech industry
- Strong knowledge of the Egyptian Enterprise B2B market.
- Excellent Technical knowledge of fintech technology and trends as well as business development/sales strategies
- Excellent knowledge of product life cycle.
- Excellent quantitative data analysis and critical thinking skills
- Deep understanding of Digital business Sales/marketing.
- Excellent understanding of financial constructs Deep business acumen and demonstrated experience in leading complex teams
- Highly aware of new technologies and emerging global service delivery trends
- Excellent commercial background
- Attention to details and ability to deliver through others to achieve business objectives.
- Experience in merchant payment, Acquiring Business Commercial Management, Previous Experience in activities consumer finance merchant is a plus.
