One of our partners, a fast-growing player in the beauty and cosmetics industry, is looking for a Growth Marketing Executive to scale their e-commerce platform and newly launched beauty brand. This role will be central to driving growth through performance marketing, content, and retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok to maximize growth and ROI.
- Build and refine growth strategies based on in-depth performance, retention, and user behavior analysis.
- Plan and manage influencer campaigns, UGC activations, and professional brand shoots (photo & video).
- Work with brand teams on offers, promotions, and strategic collaborations.
- Set up and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications such as welcome, win-back, and cart abandonment).
- Stay ahead of digital and social platform trends, integrating them into campaigns.
- Partner with customer service teams to support user engagement and retention.
- Report on key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, retention, campaign performance) and use insights to optimize strategy.
Requirements
- 2 - 4 years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing, ideally within e-commerce or consumer brands.
- Proven success running paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms.
- Experience with email/SMS marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
- Ability to manage content creators, influencers, and production shoots.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Passion for beauty, cosmetics, and e-commerce is a strong plus.
