PROGRAM SUMMARY
The Nestlé Academy is an immersive one-month program designed to provide fresh graduates with valuable work-life exposure. This program aims to equip participants with essential skills, practical knowledge, and hands-on experience that will prepare them for successful careers in the critical business areas.
PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:
- Skill Development: Enhance participants' understanding of key concepts in Sales and Finance through interactive workshops, case studies, and real-world scenarios.
- Practical Experience: Offer participants the opportunity to engage in live projects, shadow experienced professionals, and gain insights into the day-to-day operations of Nestlé's Sales and Finance teams.
