About the Role:
As a Partnerships Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and nurturing relationships with key merchants across various B2C market sectors. Your main objective will be to expand Dsquares' partner network by securing exclusive offers and promotions while ensuring long-term satisfaction and engagement of existing partners. You will serve as the main point of contact between merchants and internal departments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and high-quality service delivery.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and secure new merchant partnerships across multiple sectors to meet business needs and KPIs.
- Develop exclusive offers and promotional deals tailored to merchant and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing partners, acting as a trusted advisor to support their growth and retention.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., operations, finance, content) to ensure successful onboarding and activation of partners.
- Act as the communication bridge between merchants and internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination and alignment on deals and campaigns.
- Provide regular performance reports, partnership updates, and strategic plans to senior stakeholders.
- Follow up on deal execution progress and coordinate across teams to finalize agreements in a timely and efficient manner.
- Understand each partner’s business objectives and customize solutions that align with Dsquares' offerings and the partner’s goals.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual targets and contribute to team-wide KPIs.
Requirements
Required Skills &Abilities:
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Effective presentation abilities with confidence in pitching to new partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive mindset with a results-driven attitude.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Partnerships, Account Management, Sales, or Marketing.
- Experience in industries such as Telecom, FMCG, or Banking is preferred.
