About the role:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented P&C Operations and Office Administrator to join our P&C department at Dsquares. In your role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our new hires, employees, and provide administrative support to our P&C team.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle employee inquiries and provide information regarding Administration policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
- Organize office meetings, and training sessions, including catering and logistics.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees.
- Oversee office maintenance, cleanliness, and security by coordinating with maintenance and cleaning staff.
- Maintain office supply inventory, placing orders as needed ensuring inventory is well stocked, and managing vendor relationships.
- Process invoices, managing petty cash, and assisting with expense tracking and budget management.
- Maintain records for all office expenses and submit reports to the finance department.
- Act as the primary point of contact for office related inquiries, providing information and assistance to visitors and staff.
Requirements
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Proven work experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (BSc.) in Business or a related Management field
- 2-3 Years of experience as an HR Generalist/ Office Administrator or similar role.
