Our service handles invoicing, receives payments from construction companies or agencies, processes their payments, and deducts CIS tax and Umbrella Service.
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and discreet Remote Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the CEO from a remote setting. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a planner, an excellent communicator, and capable of managing multiple priorities with efficiency and a positive attitude in a virtual environment. This role requires a high degree of confidentiality, strong self-discipline, and the ability to anticipate needs without direct in-person supervision.
Working hours will be 5 hours, including a break, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM UK time (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Egypt time).
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling virtual meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements (such as flights, hotels, and ground transportation) as needed.
- Organise and maintain digital files, records, and documents, ensuring secure access and compliance.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports using virtual collaboration tools.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including screening calls, emails, and virtual messages.
- Coordinate virtual office resources and manage online subscriptions/tools.
- Meeting Support: Arranging and attending meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring the employer is well-prepared.
- Personal Support:
- Coordinate personal appointments and engagements remotely.
- Assist with personal errands and tasks that can be managed virtually (e.g., online shopping, scheduling virtual services, gift purchasing, Handling expense reports, paying bills, and basic budgeting).
- Arrange and manage personal travel logistics.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all matters.
- Virtual Event Coordination:
- Event planning: Assist in planning and organising virtual meetings, webinars, and online events.
- Coordinate virtual logistics, including platform setup and attendee management.
- Communication & Liaison:
- Serve as a primary point of contact and liaison between the executive/individual and internal/external stakeholders via virtual communication channels.
- Facilitate smooth communication flow across different time zones if applicable.
- Research & Special Projects:
- Conduct research and compile information as requested, utilising online resources.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives, collaborating virtually.
Qualifications:
- Excellent English
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role, with demonstrated success in a remote or virtual setting.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in an independent work environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent virtual etiquette.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and various virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Slack, project management software).
- High level of discretion and integrity, with the ability to handle confidential information securely.
- Proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time zones effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and schedules.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.

Pay: E£10,000.00 - E£15,000.00 per month
