As a Field Operations Advisor, you’ll act as a strategic partner to Sales leadership within your assigned Theater—helping operationalize go-to-market plans and improve execution across pipeline, forecasting, performance management, and seller productivity. You’ll bring structure, insight, and rigor to field-facing motions, driving operational consistency while tailoring support to the unique dynamics of each Theater.
This role blends analytical thinking with strong business partnership and execution. You’ll work cross-functionally across Revenue Operations teams to support field execution, reinforce global priorities, and ensure initiatives land effectively in the field. You’ll also collaborate with stakeholders across the broader GTM ecosystem, ensuring alignment and coordination across roles that impact seller success.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as strategic partner to Sales leadership in your Theater
Drive in-Theater execution of global GTM strategy, programs, and operating cadences
Monitor pipeline health, forecast hygiene, and performance trends to support Sales leadership in ongoing execution
Reinforce field enablement efforts by supporting in-Theater adoption of tools, processes, and methodologies
Collaborate with global RevOps to ensure cohesive rollout of strategic initiatives
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders—including, but not limited to, Renewals, Channel, CS, Deal Desk, Order Operations, Marketing, SE, and SDR—to support operational execution and resolve field blockers
Identify friction points and surface field-level insights to inform improvements in global processes, systems, and enablement
Requirements
5+ years in Sales or Revenue Operations within a SaaS or B2B GTM environment
Strong understanding of sales motions, pipeline management, and forecasting
Experience working directly with Sales leadership and cross-functional GTM teams
Analytical and execution-oriented, with the ability to turn insights into action
Skilled communicator and collaborator, able to influence across functions and levels
Comfortable navigating matrixed organizations and adapting to evolving business needs
