Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Screener to join our HR team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact in the hiring process, responsible for identifying qualified candidates through resume screening and initial phone interviews. You will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process by supporting recruiters and hiring managers with top-of-funnel activities.

- Review and screen resumes to evaluate candidate qualifications based on role requirements.
- Source candidates by posting over social media platforms
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates’ experience, availability, interest, and alignment with company values.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Communicate effectively with candidates to provide updates and schedule interviews with recruiters and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with recruiters to understand role requirements and refine screening criteria as needed.
- Ensure all screening and hiring practices comply with company policies and employment laws.
- Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the screening process.
- Assist in creating and posting job advertisements across job boards and social media platforms when needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:
- English Fluency is a must ( C1 Level )
- University Graduate.
- 1 year of mass hiring experience.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive candidate information professionally.
