- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring delivery of high-quality candidates.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Implement best practices to enhance candidate experience and employer branding.
- 3. Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with department heads and hiring managers to understand talent requirements.
- Advise on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor for strategic workforce planning initiatives.
- 4. Employer Branding & Sourcing
- Drive employer branding campaigns to position the organization as an employer of choice.
- Explore innovative sourcing methods, including social media, industry networks, and talent communities.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.
- 5. Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and produce regular reports for leadership.
- Use data-driven insights to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
- Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 15+ years of progressive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, labor legislation, and HR technologies.
- Proven success in managing high-volume and niche recruitment.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR analytics tools.
