About The Role
As our Tech Talent Acquisition Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind scaling our engineering, product, and technical teams. You’ll lead end-to-end hiring for high-impact tech roles, from software engineers to data scientists, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire the best talent in the market. Working closely with engineering leaders, product managers, and senior stakeholders, you’ll design hiring strategies that meet immediate needs while building a sustainable pipeline for the future. What You'll Do
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, from sourcing and assessment to offer and onboarding.
Partner with tech leaders to understand team roadmaps, define role requirements, and set clear hiring priorities.
Build and execute advanced sourcing strategies to engage passive technical talent through LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, events, and niche communities.
Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of engineers, engineering managers, and product managers for current and future needs.
Oversee and optimize our ATS and recruitment processes for speed, accuracy, and candidate experience.
Conduct technical and cultural fit assessments in collaboration with engineering teams.
Champion our employer brand within the tech community by crafting engaging job descriptions, showcasing projects, and representing the company at events and meetups.
Leverage recruitment analytics to track pipeline health and conversion rates—using insights to continuously improve strategies.
What You'll Need
Proven experience in tech talent acquisition, ideally in a startup or high-growth tech company.
Deep understanding of technical hiring (software engineering, product management, data, DevOps, etc.) and the ability to speak credibly with candidates about their work.
Track record of building high quality pipelines and closing hard-to-fill technical roles.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior tech leaders and executives.
Data-driven approach to recruitment, using metrics to guide decisions and improvements.
Skilled in advanced sourcing methods across multiple platforms and communities.
Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to balance speed and quality in hiring.
