Your Role: Own the Challenge
- Implements proactive promotional activities, including technical presentations, demonstrations, seminars,
- educational material, and technical development of projects and solutions for the customer target group.
- Creates plans for target audience visits and conducts regular status reviews, including analyzing and deriving
- the insights and output of the visits.
- Establishes and maintains effective long-term relationships with target group customers to understand their
- needs and to ensure they are well-informed of the ABB product, systems, services offering, features, and
- benefits.
- Ensures a positive experience for the customer target group throughout the promotion activities.
- Provides customer support by responding to technical questions and performing electrical calculations for the
- design institutes and technical consultants.
