Job Summary:
Produce precision shop drawings and cost estimates for luxury fit-outs, ensuring seamless translation from design to production.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Luxury Shop Drawings:
- Draft millwork, joinery, and custom furniture drawings in AutoCAD/Revit.
- Ensure compliance with FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) standards.
✔ Cost Control for High-End Projects:
- Prepare BOQs for materials like hand-carved wood, onyx, and custom hardware.
- Compare costs for imported vs. local luxury materials.
✔ Design-Execution Liaison:
- Resolve clashes between architectural intent and manufacturing feasibility.
- Oversee prototype approvals for bespoke items.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s in Architectural Engineering or Interior Design.
- Experience: 1–3 years in high-end fit-outs or furniture manufacturing.
- Technical Skills:
- Expert in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Knowledge of ESTICAM (for CNC programming) is a plus.
