We are seeking a Head of Sales who can:

• Build a department from scratch — from hiring to reporting;
• Manage sales, people, and systems all at once;
• Work strategically and hands-on;
• Take full responsibility for results, not just processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Hiring and onboarding of Openers and Closers (up to 10 team members);
• Full setup of the sales department: scripts, CRM, pipeline, reporting;
• Daily team motivation and management;
• Tracking and improving team and individual KPIs;
• Running daily standups, pipeline reviews, and 1:1 feedback;
• Assisting with high-level deals and sales trainings;
• Maintaining reporting systems, CRM, and dashboards;
• Collaborating with recruitment, marketing, analytics, and leadership.

Compensation

• Fixed salary: $500/month
• + 10% commission from total team sales(realistic potential to reach $1,500–$2,500+ monthly)
• Flexible schedule with high involvement (6/1 possible, if aligned)
• Access to all training resources, support, and leadership mentorship
• Growth opportunities into senior management or C-level roles
• Relocation to Dubai

You’re a Fit If You:

• Have 1+ years experience building or leading a sales department
• Confidently use CRM tools, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
• Speak and write English at B2+/C1 level or higher
• Combine empathy + structure — you can inspire and hold accountable
• Are hungry for growth, not just a title
