What you’ll do
- Deliver Induction Training to new-comers in the channel (4 days training on a weekly basis).
- Facilitate or deliver other trainings as required by management or based on TNAs.
- Develop TNAs from different stakeholders.
- Assure that training material is always up to date.
- Work on new initiatives to develop, update, and enhance the training material and process.
- Connect with trainees before training to assure their attendance, and after training to provide any needed support.
- Facilitate trainings, manage trainee invitations, attendance, activities, assessments, quiz, … etc, with proper tracking and periodical reporting.
- Communicate with Headcount Team and Operations teams for reporting, updates and processes.
- Follow Vodafone Standards in delivering the trainings.
Who you are
- At least 3 years experience in Retail or Training function
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage audience online
- Ability to use technology (PowerPoint, Google Forms, MS Teams, Excel, Outlook, … etc).
- Very good command in English (Reading, Speaking & Writing
