Description:
- Develop and implement planning strategies to meet organizational objectives.
- Analyze market trends, demand forecasts, and inventory levels to inform planning decisions.
- Work closely with supply chain, sales, and production teams to ensure alignment of operational plans.
- Identify areas for improvement in planning processes and implement best practices.
- Prepare and deliver reports on planning metrics and performance to senior management.
- Mentor and guide the planning team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in planning software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is a must.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
