Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Manager to lead cross-functional development teams in building and delivering cutting-edge SaaS products. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background, exceptional leadership capabilities, and experience working in startup environments. You’ll be responsible for aligning product vision with engineering execution, mentoring team members, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and delivery of scalable SaaS and CRM-based solutions
- Manage and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation
- Drive the implementation of AI model use cases across products
- Oversee technical delivery processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Sales, and Customer Success
- Champion best practices in cloud architecture, particularly within the Google Cloud ecosystem
- Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap development with a startup mindset
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in technical leadership or engineering management roles
- Proven track record in delivering SaaS products and CRM systems
- Experience working with AI models and practical use case deployment
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Cloud Services
- Demonstrated success in people management and team development
- Solid background in agile delivery methodologies
- Startup experience preferred; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
