This Position reports to:

Your Role: Own the Challenge

• • Implements proactive promotional activities, including technical presentations, demonstrations, seminars,
• educational material, and technical development of projects and solutions for the customer target group.
• • Creates plans for target audience visits and conducts regular status reviews, including analyzing and deriving
• the insights and output of the visits.
• • Establishes and maintains effective long-term relationships with target group customers to understand their
• needs and to ensure they are well-informed of the ABB product, systems, services offering, features, and
• benefits.
• • Ensures a positive experience for the customer target group throughout the promotion activities.
  • Provides customer support by responding to technical questions and performing electrical calculations for the
• design institutes and technical consultants.
