- Conduct product training sessions and workshops for customers and internal sales teams to enhance understanding and selling capabilities.
- Gather and relay feedback from customers to product management and development teams to inform product enhancements and roadmaps.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor products, and advancements in technology to effectively position our offerings.
- Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and foster trust throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in presales, technical consulting, or similar roles in the software industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of software applications, platforms, and integration processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Proven track record of successful presentations and demonstrations to diverse audiences.
- Ability to understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions that address their specific challenges.
- Experience collaborating with sales teams and participating in the sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client engagement.
